Students were able to manage their emotions to achieve success in their different roles. Emotional intelligence allows us to understand and manage our emotions in order to self-motivate and to create positive interactions. Students were advised to consider ‘feeling part “along with our thinking part’. Session helped in identifying the true potentials of students as well as the faculties.
