Department of Business Administration , as a part of department level orientation of Deeksharambh for semester 1 students, conducted a webinar on ‘ Goal setting ’ on 1 October 2021. Ms. Lisha Joseph , HR Manager ,Graduate Oveseas Education Advisory was the resource person for the webinar. Ms. Lisha detailed that goal setting is fundamental to long term success. She pointed out that the process of setting goals will help the students to choose where they want to go in life. It was followed by a question- answer session , students asked their doubts and Ms. Lisha cleared their doubts. Asst. Prof. Mary Jaisy K X and Jerin Shaju Francis were the faculty coordinator of the programme.
