The student induction programmme was held in three phases. The first phase involved orientation programmes held at the institutional level with external mentors leading the sessions. At the next level there was the induction programme was led by Department head Ms. Deepa George and the class teacher Mr. Binil Kumar MR.

Two external resource person also led sessions on 30.9. 2021. Dr Mary Sapna Mary Miranda led a session on Literature as an Interstitial Space.The sessions were aimed at introducing students to the campus, the department, programmes and programme and course outcomes. Literature as an interstitial space introducdes students to the possibilities of issue based research. This program helped students to acclimatize with the new surroundings though for the time being they have to satisfy themselves through the offline mode, and develop bond with fellow students and teachers and know the college in a better way.
