The Department offers certificate course on Meet & Greet Officer. Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able:
- Provide Meet & Greet services to the customers
- Handle customer complaints and queries
- Follow standard of etiquette and hospitable conduct
- Maintain health and hygiene
