As part of the National Reading day observance, the department of Economics conducted a quiz competition on 20th June 2022 for the graduate and post graduate students.

Five groups, each consisting of two members participated the competition. The topics of the quiz were related to novels, poems and book awards . The competition was conducted in three separate rounds.

We were able to see an active participation from the students, which further elevated the competition. The quiz was observed as a fun and educational experience from the participants and even from the audience. The prime motive of the competition was to understand the level of reading undertaken by the students and to motivate them to enhance their reading habits.

2 nd prize – Farzana T. S, Sneha K.A (1st year BA Economics)

3 rd prize- Gisa P. T, Shelma K.S (2nd year MA Economics)
